水曜稽古です。
今日から稽古の号令が世代交代！気持ちもさらに引き締まります！
準備体操では股割り素振り導入。みんな辛そうにしていましたが、
子どもたち気に入った様子で、稽古終わってからも続けてましたね。
稽古は、掛かりて、元立ちそれぞれが、体育館の幅をいっぱいに使って動く内容。足をしっかり動かしながら、安定した打ち方を覚えていきましょう。
下級生組はもう一段下がって、面打ちと足さばき。ここは徹底的に。
ハチマキ組は胴打ちを習い始めました。
新年度に向けて気合入れていきましょう！
